Yes, you can do that. You can create your own set of questions to be
asked of the user, your own pre-init routine (to do any special setup
you want to do first) and your own post-init (code that should run
after the install completes), and you can include multiple builds (with
their own criteria for installation) in the same distribution.

It's a nice program.
