When you run the GETENV etc, that gives you the box volume pair you need to use for your box in general, but I have a suspicion something odd is happening here. What version of VistA are you using, and when you are asked to select the box volume pair, put ?? and see what pairs it lists. Also, what is the result of the command at the Linux prompt hostname -s?
