[Hardhats-members] worldvista membership from the front page

Hello,
            I am sure the person who controls worldvista.org listens. Could you please place a Paypal membership purchase link on the main page of worldvista? I am going to be running a "donate to Free/Libre Medical Software" campaign and a worldvista membership would be a great way for strangers to contribute to the VistA community, but currently the membership is a little bit buried.
