No, they're not all equal. M.2 has multiple types. M.2 SATA is limited by the SATA interface, where M.2 PCIe is limited by the PCIe bus.

It's got 2x M.2 SATA ports and 1x M.2 PCIe x4 port. The stats are pretty telling for their information.
