You don't have to wait on MS> Just go download theWindows 10 iso
tool. then make your own windows 10 upgrade install DVD or USB flash drive.

Just be aware the first install can not be a wipe the drive clean
install. If you want a clean install select not to save anything in
setup and it will essentially do a clean install. Your old files will
still be in a C:\windows\ old windows folder but will disappear in
about a month.

What exactly is a "System Builder OEM version??
