Yes, they removed version 1511 (or build 10586) from the media creation tool
for unknown reasons. One change that MS made is that you can directly
activate any 7/8/8.1 key without having to do an upgrade first as was the
case in the original build (10240).

The new build, however, has a nasty bug in that you cannot enable hardware
Bitlocker encryption (as in, IEEE-1667, Encrypted Drive).

Not a fan of this servicing model.

am told the November DL update has been removed from server, have to use
windows update.

just ran the update/upgrade on my server, seems OK. did a full backup
b4 and made sure only the boot drive connected.
have not looked for media create yet
