If you changed hosting companies, then there is a completely
separate UserID and password for FrontPage.  Are you positive
that you are using correct login?  Has the hosting company
turned on FrontPage Extensions?

FrontPage is such a pain.  I started using a plain vanilla FTP
program years ago.
