AstraWeb is good & fairly cheap & they don't count header retrieval against
your downloads. Another nice thing is if you buy the 10g plan eg then you
don't have to use it up in a month you can take a year to use it up if you
want so it becomes quite cheap for the text only users especially if it's
used as a backup server in the new Agent 3.0
