I do advance replacements whenever I can. If I can't, I always leave a barely visible marker so I can see if I got the same exact item back.

Not sure how lucky he is, he's getting the same board back again.


They do not always send the same component back. Sometimes you get a "pull" instead. Either way, I hate to have to return anything.
