looks like a too nice a PSU for the box. >:-} Am going to see if I can get the customer to fork it out. Found 350 watt replacements on ebay for $60 but IMO 350 watts is not enough but who am I to argue with the factory.
FWIW this is the first Dell I have seen with a bad PSU.
