The X1650Pro would be sufficient. All you need is one dual-link TMDS

I'm pretty sure that all 1650's are at least one dual and one single, but I
know some are dual dual-link.

well, ATI told me my 800XT would only work with one DVI monitor and one TV or two SVGA monitors / no TV or one DVI and one SVGA / no TV
So you are saying that a slower card will do this because it is a dual link?

The chip is fast enough to play some games,
but it would be slower than your X800XT.

Really?!? I am really surprised. My AIW 800XT card is 17 months old. I don't know if I want to get something that is slower then my AIW. I think I would rather pay the extra money and get the X1950PRO, since I will be keeping this for a while. Thanks for telling me. So you like the ATI better then the Nivida

If you aren't interested in major gaming, no point in spending any more
cash. I went for the x1650Pro in my HTPC.

true, but if I keep this PC for a few years I will probably wish I had the fastest available video card. I notice the X1950 aren't made by ATI.... does that really matter?
