That means on the computer you "construct the file sets" on,
not the computer you are trying to fix...
Do "you" have a machine with MSIE7 on it?
PS: It also works best if your OS is the same type too...
Since I posted, I went, got the the kit, installed it, got all the files,
(12.1M IIRC) configured the whole thing, and made all the files
for the CD. I was thinking of making an ISO next.
