Those are pretty much the best things going these days. If you are paranoid about security go with hush.
If you want features, such as IMAP or POP3, then go with GMAIL. You can use GMAIL with https (https://www.gmail.com) so it is more secure. Additonally GMAIL offers 7 Gigs of storage, that's huge!
