[H] Update.exe has encountered a problem and...

I've been getting this on one PC a lot...followed by similar from other 
programs with names like Nysx5.exe and a zillion others.  Now it is on 
another PC.
I've done virus scans on both PCs {McAfee Enterprise} which catches 
nothing.  Google doesn't give much light.

It seems to have started after doing some update of Windows, but I'm not 
sure which one.

What to do?
