Absolutely. Last I researched, PCP&C Silencers were made by SeaSonic and the Turbo-Cool line was made by Win-Tact--both top tier OEMs. AFAIK, PCP&C has never done any actual PSU manufacturing...they (were/are) a design-only firm.
