Hey,

Looking at Acronis' web site, it appears that Windows 10 support happened
with this update (from https://kb.acronis.com/content/56196):

Acronis True Image 2015

Acronis has released new build 6613 which supports Windows 10. Update your
Acronis True Image (see this article for detailed instructions on updating;
here is how to view which build is currently installed on your machine). The
update is available for Acronis True Image 2015 and Acronis True Image
Unlimited users free of charge.

So maybe check your build number?

Not sure if it being a PCIE drive with 2015 has anything to do with it or
not as I read where others do not have problems with the 2016 version.

Thanks,

Bobby

Subject: [H] image with Acronis

I have a new laptop = HP 360 Spectre. It is a clean MS signature Win

10 laptop.  It came with Samsung 512GB M.2 PCI Express Gen3 x4,Solid

state drive SSD,PM951 drive. I tried to image it with Acronis 2015

but it doesn't even see the drive. Is it the drive that is the

problem or something to do with secure boot and or the UEFI BIOS? Thanks
