So are you still using all the programs/apps on both machines at the same time, 
and I'm curious-is that technically allowed...?  Or are you "supposed" to get a 
new license for each install on a new machine?  Or does it depend on the 
software...?  That's the things I'm mainly wondering...

Just a week or so ago, I transfered (image via Macrium) my C drive from an 
i7-8700 to a 5800X.  Win 10 had no problems with activation, acted as if 
nothing changed.  Office 2016, however, screamed that the hardware had changed 
and it needed to be activated/new key.  Some of my other programs whined about 
activating on a new computer, specifically Presonus Studio One and Waves 
plugins.  Both were easy fixes online.
