I have a KX-TG4022N base station with KX-TGA402 handsets. They are marked "DECT 6.0 Plus" and are undoubtedly the best house phones I have ever owned.

The base unit (with answering machine) is KX-TG5110. The handsets are KX-TGA510M. I bought several of the handsets off ebay, but they all work. I've had this for quite some time, too.
