As I understand, 240 hz limits the blurring effect the motion of people and 
objects. 120hz, is, of course, slower. We are on our 2nd Samsung plasma and 
have gone from a 50" to a 64". They are all 640hz and have never had a motion 
issue with either.

I would definitely get a new set.  $2400 buys more tv today than 4 years ago.

I'm not sure the benefit of super high refresh rates on tV. I guess the 
interpolate to try to make panning seem smoother. but doesn't that make the 
image not look movie like at all?
