I bought a Visio 32" 120 1080p when the 240's hit the market, got a killer deal at Sam's Club. I have been looking at all the new ones, 3D I do not really see the use for and am really confused by all the different models of all the stuff out there, everything is so close in specs it's really hard to decipher.
I have a 57" Mitsu 1080p DLP that I love, great picture but there is the bulb thing, is there a conversion kit to change it to an led bulb?? LCD screen miracle Hah. I've fixed this numerous times for about $1.25 in cost. Plenty of how toos out there also. Been a godsend too. I bought a nice 56" for my livingroom on craigslist for $150 because of it, $1.25 later good as new Sent via BlackBerry by AT&T -----Original Message----- From: "[email protected]" <[email protected]> Sender: [email protected]: Thu, 19 Jan 2012 15:06:15 To: [email protected]<[email protected]> Reply-To: [email protected] Subject: [H] 46 in. LCD screen miracle Turns out my (just over) 4 year old Samsung LN-T4671F is failing. It's a 46 in. LCD, 1080p, 120Hz, 25000:1, HDMI, & nice sound w/ subs. It has the 'clicks of death' so it'll take about 2 minutes to power on. This is because they used 10v caps on a 12v board for the PSU. Samsung is getting hung out to dry on this - class action even... Samsung is going out of their way (with these units) to fix them. I'm out of their range so I get a chance at a new - similar set or my original purchase price towards a new one... So you know what I'm doing! Anything you guys could suggest along the lines of 1080p, 240Hz, HDMI, 46 in., LED, etc? 240Hz is the fastest at this time, right? LED > LCD ? Anything else I should look for? I'll be getting 2400.00 towards the new screen... -- Regards, joeuser - Still looking for the 'any' key... "...now these points of data make a beautiful line..."
