I'm sure just the clean install will be a improvement, always is.
This old build has had mucho HW changes over the years. Also going to
play with the caching SSD drive from Crucial. main and backup drives
still platter.

Actually, changing it later takes about five minutes in Win7 (not
including drive download time) but it is generally easier to do
during the install. Speed improvements range from negligible to
significant, and I'm not sure why.
