Yep, exactly. You'd have a lot of wasted ports, but you wouldn't have to change your other CPE, and basic managed switches are cheap on ebay if you wanted to go that route. Like I was saying though, you could set up those two WAN ports in a separate untagged, port-based VLAN and use the rest of the switch for something else if you wanted.
