I found these instructions online but when I log in I keep getting a "can't find domain" and it won't go any farther. That's what I hate about these emergency solutions... they never work when you actually need them. I am ready to just wipe the drive. Does anybody have a Dell OEM iso for Win7 I could download?

 6. Click *Dell Factory Image Restore* from the System Recovery Options
