No, but you can use this link and they will get back to you promptly: https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/contact-us
Their preferred method of customer service is a text chat and I've had no problem with it. In general, I have found Amazon's customer service to be fantastic. I order a lot from Amazon (I'm a Prime member) and just a few months ago I had a package that failed to arrive even after it was reported delivered by UPS. I pinged Amazon and within 15 minutes I was chatting with a customer service rep who sent me a replacement item, at no cost and no questions asked, even though it was probably UPS's fault. Do keep in mind that there is a difference between ordering something from Amazon itself and someone is selling their stuff through Amazon's Marketplace. In the latter case your mileage may vary as Amazon is really just providing a platform for them to sell stuff. I don't buy a lot of things from third parties on Amazon so I'm not sure how the customer service works in that area. --------- Brian On Thu, Sep 20, 2012 at 8:36 AM, DSinc <[email protected]> wrote: > Does Amazon.com have a Customer Service PHONE Number?
