I was able to print the first two (didn't try the 3rd) by using print/print
preview out of IE9 on Win 7-64.

I did not see a print link on the page.

No, I have no links; well, other than going to the MS KB page and view 
articles
299340, 978788, and 309283.

But, I think I blew this up too soon!  I was using my broken PC to view 
these
before I completed Restore from backups. (Thanks Gary V.!).

The broken PC is sorta back to about 9/1/12, but still suffers its' 'Bad 
HAL' trouble.
I'm reading about this right now................. :)
