I upgraded to Windows 8 Pro. I went for the Deal they had online. I got the upgrade online and the DVD all for $59.00.
I am having issues with programs running. The problems need to be run as Administrator. But other than that, it is running a lot faster. The Metro is nice once you start adding apps you like. Even with the huge hurdle I went through, which was the same with Windows 7 at first, I recommend it for home users and Small officer users. Right now it is still under testing in Domain environment and it is doing well, but still need to do further testing.
