the classlibrary is. GNU Classpath is something we are going to work with now, and sort out the license issues in parallel.
If you think we'll be able to establish some sort of formal agreement with GNU Classpath folks, then fine by me. I don't wish to be seen (like Sven said) as a Java community splitter :).
I'd like to help anyhow (of course if the initial committee want's my help at the first place).
