Rodrigo, Could you please take a few minutes and configure for Windows, CygWin, and Linux to see if there are any remaining compile issues between them? The configurator is 'config.sh'. Once you run it once, it should be a simple matter to run it again with different input parameters.
I think that eveything is set up properly for all three environments, but it would be really great if you could perform a simple configuration on the Linux system, setting up to build all components (except for perhaps the documentation), then run 'build.sh cfg' (or 'build.sh' alone without parameters) to verify that everything compiles properly. If you are interested in loading up Doxygen also (see 'config.sh' comments), then you could run 'build.sh all' or 'build.sh dox' to see if it compiles the documentation the same way on all three platforms as well. The one thing that we will soon need when working with Windows will be a native Windows .BAT version of both the 'config.sh' script in the top level directory and the the build scripts in the several directories ('build.sh' and 'clean.sh' and 'common.sh'). We can get by for now with using CygWin and configuring with the 'intel' and 'windows' option with 'config.sh', but that won't last too long. Who would like to take a whack at creating a .BAT version of the build scripts? Please let me know and I can give you specific tips about some shortcuts.
