Didn't even read the subject line, honestly.
My suggestion would be to send "build error" messages only to those who
can do something about it instead of spamming all of us.
The messages go to the commit list. We only discuss specific ones
here on dev.
I'm confused what you mean. You don't think they should go to commit list?
