There is a book called
The silver candelabra & other stories : a century
of Jewish Argentine literature / edited and translated
by Rita Gardiol from 1997 (ISBN: 0935480889)
that has stories by twelve authors. The Connecticut
library catalog recommends it for classroom use. I'm
not sure that the stories are folktales, however.
