I would very much like to begin weeding our synagogue library collection. However, unlike topics like science where there are clear 'age of material' guidelines, a religion-based collection seems very daunting to weed. I plan to include our Rabbi in the process, but I'm wondering whether anyone has seen (or written) articles on weeding Judaic collections.
I have already checked the AJL publications list and the Hasafran archive and found nothing.
