Another one to add to your list is:
http://www.come-and-hear.com/
Their home page says "An educational forum for the examination of
religious truth and religious tolerance" I found their site when I was
looking for online sources of Rabbinic texts to include on our website.
They have digitized an English translation of the Talmud. But, they
also have several articles on the Jewish plot against Christians. They
use quotes from the Talmud to show how inconsistant/arbitrary Judaism
is. The site is very cleverly put together mixing Jewish authorities
with their own "scholars"
