If you are currently working, either part or full time, in a library 
of any kind, you are invited to participate in this study.
The purpose of the study is to explore the ways in which new 
technologies are received in libraries. No identifying information is 
asked for or collected from the system. Only the persons signed below 
will have access to the raw data.
By answering the questionnaire, you are giving permission to use the 
results for research purposes.
