I would be very interested in learning from others involved with synagogue / school libraries about their collection development policies, especially weeding policies. The Temple Beth Am Youth Library is in the midst of renovation. I hope to help the Library Committee and Board develop updated and clear Library Mission and Collection Development policies for both the Youth and Adult Libraries as part of this process. It would be very helpful for all concerned to see what others have adopted. Please direct me if I have missed these online.
