Mazel tov. Thanks for this record. I want to use in my cataloging class. However, shouldn't the collation in the 300 field be in kilograms and centimeters? See AACR2 10.5. I think the 300 field should be : 300 __$a1 person ; $c3.41 kg [7.5 lbs], 51.43 cm [20.25 in.] You are missing a GMD designation after the title. Is a second 245 field with the Hebrew name required? Why did you not use the classification BM 750? The hospital is no more the publisher than a printer or book store is the publisher of a book. I am just trying to be amusing, not nitpicking. In your own catalog you may have special "Bernstein rules" ;-) that I do not know about.
