Here's some food for thought.

We recently discussed how educators seem to be taking
librarians and libraries for granted, even though we
are at the forefront of learning, using AND teaching
the technology which they assume is able to replace us
so easily.

Esther Kustanowitz, who recently attended CAJE, wrote
an opinion piece about how today's educators seem to
be less tech-savvy than the kids they're teaching.

Maybe libraries can be a space to help bridge that gap
and librarians the people to help them out --- IF the
educators accept that they need our help.
