Dear all, can someone please help me locate an English translation of a Hebrew story. The author's name is Berdishevsky (or Berdisevsky, Berdichevsky, Berdischevskii, Bin Gorion, etc.). The story, in Hebrew, is called "Mahanayim." The story "Mahanayim" opens with an image of winter and young people ice skating in Breslau. The protagonist's name is Michael and the story was published in 1899. In Hebrew it is usually paired up with "Urva Parah" (A Raven Flies).
This question came from one of our faculty, who is planning to read this story in her class next week. I don't seem to be able to find the English translation. I searched WorldCat, went through numerous anthologies, collections, bibliographies. I found a number of English translations of other short stories by this author. Maybe I missed something, but I am beginning to think that it does not exist, but I do want to be sure. Perhaps someone else would have a better luck?
