There's also the Index to Jewish Periodicals, which has book reviews from *lots* of other journals as well. If you use the IJP online through Ebsco, or on the CD-ROM, you can limit retrieval to only those reviews published in a particular periodical (in this case, the AJL Newsletter).
On the other hand, the electronic versions of the Index to Jewish Periodicals only date back to 1988, so a researcher wanting to do an efficient and complete historical scan of book reviews would need to use both paper and an online source.
