A good friend, whose first language is Arabic, asks for pointers to

Textbooks for teaching Hebrew to Arabic-speaking people, where the
language of instruction for the class is Arabic
An Arabic translation of the TaNaKh [Torah / Hebrew Bible]
Books to teach TaNaKh and other standard Hebrew texts, using both
Arabic and English as the languages of instruction

He is thinking about non-credit instruction which is not connected to
Michigan State University in any way. [I am using my MSU E-mail
purely for convenience.]

Many thanks.
