Shalom Everyone, Since I posted the query last week, I have received many many suggestions and advice, which I thank from the bottom of my heart. Librarians are the best. They are willing to share successful and not too successful experience. They even sent me the forms they designed for the relevant events. During email exchanges, we even discovered we have common friends.
I think I have enough models to ponder on. Some modifications are necessary in order to suit local use. I hope to report in future my successful stories here.
