Dear Readers of Hasafran,
The Association of Jewish Libraries is conducting an anonymous survey
in order to study current trends in Judaica libraries and to
anticipate future developments across AJL divisions. The survey was
announced in the AJL Newsletter (September/October issue, p. 2) and
to all Hasafran readers (November 1, 2010). It is vital for us to
know about our members and other readers of Hasafran – please respond
even if you are not a member of AJL.

Thank you to those who have already completed the survey. If you have
not yet had a chance to do it, remember that it will take only a few
minutes and that it's COMPLETELY ANONYMOUS! There is NO WAY the
results can be linked to any specific person filling it out.

Therefore, please don't skip any questions, particularly those
relating to hours and salary. You can go back and change your answers
before submitting the survey, if you need to (but not after you
submit). The committee, made up of SSC and RAS members, has worked
very hard on designing the survey. This information is quite
important to helping us in our efforts to serve the Judaica
librarianship community. Thank you very much for your help.

The survey is at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/ajlsurvey.
