Hallo all

The Mishnah Berurah is a commentary on Rabbi Yosef Caro's Shulhan Aruch
compiled by the Hafez Hayyim. The standard editions are published with
Caro's text. It would seem logical to catalog the work under Caro!
However the practice in the States is to catalog the editions under the
Hafez Hayyim ignoring the presence of the text ot the Shulhan Arukh.

In Israeli libraries, the practice varies, some libraries enter editions
under the Hafez Hayyim and others under Caro.

Isn't it time we worked out a uniform approach?
