Dear safranim, I had a contract with Better World Books.
They provided boxes and paid for UPS labels. I would send them my gently used titles. They require that a minimum of 14 boxes are sent at a time. They have criteria and protocol which are explained on the website. Ina Clagette was my outstanding customer service representative. B.W.B. will either donate the books, or resell them. The library receives a small percentage of the proceeds for books sold. The impressive part is that the company provides you with statistics and analytics in a format that looks great to include in an annual or mid year library report.
