What are they looking for in a "children's" Bible? There is a one-volume
Artscroll Tanach edition that might work. It only has the English text (for
public school kids?). It's a Jewish translation (not KJV) and it is somewhat
more readable than some other editions (better for kids). One volume (more
affordable). It contains the complete Bible (not only some books).

Best wishes,
Ari

Good Afternoon, HaSafran,

I was asked by a local public elementary school librarian for a recommendation
for a ‘Jewish Children’s Bible’ to add to her 200s.

The DK published Jewish Bible I read was using King James’s translation for the
text, and Koren is pricey and provides only some of the books. So I am looking
for any other options to recommend.

Thank you,
