Strange as it may seem, Bertrand Meyer decided not to
include any documentation of the Eiffel language
and libraries in ISE Eiffel distribution. Unless
his policy has changed in meantime there is little
chance to find such information on ISE site.

The assumption was that user supposed to buy his
book "Eiffel: The Language", as well as the description
of libraries. The reference to these, I am pretty
sure, _can_ be found on ISE site.

I happen to have the book here, and several other
        interesting pre-releases of other materials
        from many years ago.
