Right now I'm hating that Mail.app thinks "quote level" belongs in the "format" menu.

I haven't yet had this happen to me, but I'm just waiting for a thumb drive with the wrong name to be slotted in my laptop when I plug in my backup drive. I've had too much experience with that kind of thing happening as a result of ad-hoc namespaces overlapping in the past.
