Such software should *never* under *any circumstances* send a challenge
to something to contains a List-Id.  If it does contain a List-Id, then
it is either a mailing list that the user signed up to and which
consequently shouldn't be challenged, or it is something pretending to
be a legitimate mailing list (ie, spam) and so there's no point
challenging it as you'll never get a truthful "yes it was me and it's
not spam" response.
