Ooo... for real graph pain, try Numbers. Very limited graphing  
options, and actually creating a graph causes the program to use  
all of your CPU for... well.. long enough that you say "fuck it"  
and go do it in Excel anyway.

Why don't you use the program the way it was designed to be used...  
on a brand new Macintosh?
