Oh so much scope...
Emacs why do you put '# -*- coding: utf-8 -*-' at the top of my files? Why did you put it back when I took it out?Why did you do all that and not tell me how to get rid of it once and for all.
And for the love of all that's holy why have you done it to a file which is PURE ASCII?
