Thinking on it more, we should keep IBW and not make Bytes Writable. Lets not
pollute util with io and MR stuff.
Whats missing from IBW is passing a byte array with offset and length and NOT
making a copy in the IBW constructor; only pull on the buffer when we serialize.
I wonder if such a thing would even work in a MR context? Can we just change
the IBW behavior internally?
